The location is ideal for visiting Disney. Mini golf was not well maintained and the rooms had issues.

The location was decent, and free parking was a plus. Wi-Fi worked fine. Unfortunately, the place felt super sketchy with armed security and dirty rooms. There were cockroaches and mold in our unit. We got hardly any towels, and the bathroom had issues like a leaking sink. Definitely not worth the price!
